very very noisy corridor. Constant loud staff chatter for many hours. From the room next door you could hear practically everything, the walls were as if they weren't there. Uncomfortable shower with a slope under the foot of the bathtub. Good location and breakfast. But I spent money without being able to rest and work well the next day.

It was my first time in Italy and first time booking Guest house. After I did the booking, hotel contacted me via WhatsApp about time of my arrival and trying to accommodate my needs. My original flight was canceled and arrival time completely changed which I let the staff know. They had no problems with my changes. I also specifically requested two separate beds, since I was traveling with my adult son. When I arrived , first day solo, I was warmly greeted by Simon and was offered cup of coffee while checking in. He also pushed beds farther apart for more privacy for us. And I also got a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. Very friendly stuff, loved the location, rooms are not big, but clean and cozy, very comfortable beds with orthopedic mattress. Also I enjoyed changing colors in the shower. Next morning, when my son arrived, we were served nice breakfast to the room for the additional cost. Overall , we enjoyed our stay there and would come back . Thank you, Simon and the staff.

Surprise, it’s a “guest house” not an “Inn” , which they say is “explained on their website which I reviewed and must have missed, but then why call their business an “Inn” and not a guest house . Just to be clear, don’t expect a hotel as this is a bed and breakfast. Room was 10x12 feet , with just enough room for 2 narrow single beds and a small table. Could hear the subway cars as the metro line is below the “Inn” as rooms are on the 1st floor The Inn has 10 rooms on the first floor of a 6 floor building. The home owners/occupants on the 2nd floor above us were noisy, even at 4 AM. Breakfast was brought to the room as there is no breakfast area and the coffee was instant coffee, instant coffee just isn’t right in Italy Wanted ice to have with a coke, no ice available Manager/Front desk person was pleasant but leaves at 3:30pm and no employees at the “ Inn” after that time. The elevator is from the 1930s, which is not a problem as it worked fine. However, you can’t fit 2 people and 2 roller board suitcases in the elevator. Someone has to walk the stairs to the hotel or just wait for the elevator to return . I wanted a room that faced a courtyard and that was what I got.. thank you but when I opened the balcony door there was a noisy water tank with gas & water pipes. If you’re a larger person this Inn won’t work for you as the shower , elevator and beds are small. I don’t want to finish the review with a negative as the room was clean, the AC worked well and the location was great , 10 minutes walk to the Colisseum and other interesting

Ideal location for exploring the Colosseum and The Monti (The Monti has many great restaurants). Breakfast is delivered to your room based on your selection and is very good. Our room overlooked Via Cavour, but the double pane windows blocked out any noise. Air conditioning worked well and shower contained a Turkish Bath, but we didn't use it. Building had a lift, but all rooms were on the first floor (one level up from ground level, for you Americans) One the negative side, the desk was only open from 8 to 4 and everything was locked up. Security was good, but it was dark after hours.

My husband and I stayed at the Inn for a few nights on our honeymoon. As soon as we arrived the front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect to see the sites in Rome. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options in the morning were lovely and a great time saver. We also liked the security the building offers. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.
